When a member enters a story, their story can be shared openly or anonymously. In order to remain anonymous you must sign up using an email login. Financial Information

ezHealthMD collects financial information (such as billing address, credit card number, expiration date etc) for billing payment and credit card authorization purposes. Financial information is used to bill users for products and services purchased. Within ezHealthMD, only the accounting department have access to the credit card account information. This information is not shared with anyone within or outside of ezHealthMD.
